There is a certain kind of pony who makes every arena feel like a stage — and Norlunds Boogie Hit, known as Boogie, was born knowing exactly how to fill one. A bay Danish Warmblood gelding born in the spring of 2017, the son of the celebrated Boogie Dancer and the enchanting Norlunds Simply Magic Fantasy, he arrived in this world already in possession of impeccable rhythm.

From trail rides on the buckle to the polished mirrors of the dressage ring, Boogie moves through life with the easy confidence of a pony who has decided every moment is worth savoring. Big-moving and balanced, he carries his rider with a steady, generous energy — the kind of partner who makes the work feel like a dance rather than a discipline.

And what a dancer he has become. In the show ring, Boogie and his amateur owner have built a record worth celebrating: a year-end haul that includes the National Dressage Pony Cup Championship at Second Level, Reserve Champion honors at First Level, and the overall High Percentage Adult Amateur title. He has made his home near Louisiana with his devoted owner and rider, turning every test into a testament to what a truly wonderful pony can do when given a great person to carry.
